Sonic Summary

We are seeking Warehouse Operatives for a busy warehouse in Thatcham with ongoing roles available.
The pay rates range from £12.50 to £18.75 per hour, including overtime opportunities.
Candidates should have previous warehouse experience, with a forklift license preferred but not essential.
Shift times are from 12:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday, and the role offers the potential for temp to perm employment.
Applicants must be able to work independently and in a team, possess basic English and Maths skills, and have a strong work ethic.

We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work at our client's busy warehouse based in Thatcham. This role is an ongoing role and a great chance to establish yourself within a great team.

Pay Rates

£12.50 to £18.75 with overtime.

Shift Times

12:00 to 20:00 - Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Utilise handheld scanners for efficient picking and packing.
Meet daily production targets with accuracy and efficiency.
Assisting within stock checking and counting.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Forklift license/experience preferred, but not essential.

Warehouse experience required.

Requirements

To be able to work independently as well as in a team.
Strong with basic English and Maths.
Meet KPIs
Have a can-do attitude.
Have a strong work ethic.

Potential temp to perm.
