Deva Recruitment is seeking Warehouse Operatives in the Thatcham area (RG19) for a well-known supermarket warehouse until after Christmas.
The role involves picking food products using a voice pick system, breaking down pallets, and may include heavy lifting in a chilled environment.
Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and will earn between £11.44 to £15.20 per hour, depending on shifts and overtime.
Shifts are available for both days and nights, with immediate starts and weekly pay, along with the potential for full-time contracts and a Christmas bonus of up to £800.

About the Warehouse Operative role:
Picking food products using a voice pick system via a headset
Breaking down pallets of products and allocating goods to item locations
Working in a chilled and ambient working environment
Other duties which may include heavy lifting

Working hours are -

Day shift 10:00-16.00/18.00 / Night shift 18:00-00.00/02:00

Day Shifts pay rates:
Monday to Friday £11.44 (Overtime £11.94) / Weekends £12.48 (Overtime £13.57)

Day Shifts pay rates Inclusive of Holiday Pay:
Monday to Friday £12.82 (Overtime £13.38) / Weekends £13.99(Overtime £15.21)

Night Shifts pay rates:
Monday to Friday £12.48 (Overtime £13.57) / Weekends £13.56 (Overtime £14.65)

Night Shifts pay rates inclusive of Holiday Pay:
Monday to Friday £13.99(Overtime £15.21) / Weekends £15.20 (Overtime £16.42)

Overtime paid after 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern 5 out of 7 Days
Weekly Pay
Immediate start available
Start dates every Tuesday until early December
First three shifts are training shifts: Day shift training shifts are 10:00-16:00 Night shift training shifts are 18:00-22:00
Possibility of full-time/permanent contracts for the right candidate
Christmas bonus available, giving you the opportunity to earn up to an extra £800 in December
