A welcoming school in Durhamare looking for a one to one Year 6 TA full time from September 2023 for a years contract.
The school require a confident and passionate TA to work full time on a one to one basis with a year6pupil full time. The child has an EHCP and has a diagnosis of SEMH, attachment disorder and ASD. He also can be physically challenging therefore the school require someone who has experience with complex needs and an empathetic but strong approach. The role is for a full year to support the pupil from (Apply online only) every day.
To qualify for this role you must hold a minimum level 2 qualification in education as well as be able to provide x2 references which are education based. You will also be required to carry out an ehanced DBS disclosure which we can assist you with. A Team Teach or equivelant qualification would be desirable but not essential.
