Role Overview:
As a Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of an existing construction site involving a full refurbishment of an existing £8m property. This starts with work on outbuildings, primarily decoration (internal & external), French polishing, 2nd fixings throughout (lights, faceplates, etc), joinery snagging, FF&E installation, and testing & commissioning. From coordinating subcontractors to ensuring project timelines and budgets are met, you'll drive project success and maintain our high standards of quality and safety. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects, gain valuable experience, and showcase your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor project progress and budget, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the high-spec residential industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Safety conscious, with an eye for detail, ability to read a programme, and a cooperative attitude.
- Ideally, experience using SmartSheet.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, First Aid, etc).
