Financial Controller

Your new companyMy client, an established manufacturing organisation in the Thetford area is seeking an experienced Accountant to join them in the role of Financial Controller.

Your new roleWorking closely with the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounts function. Key duties will include management and financial reporting; budgeting and forecasting; financial variance analysis; maintaining financial systems and procedures; cash-flow management and reporting; VAT returns; payroll management; overseeing ledgers; and staff management and mentoring.

What you'll need to succeedYou will be ideally Qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with strong financial and management reporting skills, combined with confident analytical and IT skills. An ability to build relationships with key stakeholders will be pivotal.
