Rare opportunity to join a vibrant Engineering company based in South Norfolk this company has an enviable global presence we are looking for an Administration Assistant to support the European Executive Assistant and Safety Advisor being first point of contact this will be a varied role including

  • Managing reception including welcoming visitors
  • Overseeing visitor agreements and issuing passes
  • Ensuring reception, boardroom and offices are presentable at all time
  • Taking minutes during health & safety meeting and distribution
  • Assist with preparing risk assessments
  • Organise and schedule meetings, training sessions and assist with site inspections
  • Managing company vehicles and maintain vehicle logs
  • Book hire cars or taxi's from local suppliers
  • Overseeing ordering of company work wear
  • Managing all corporate and working lunches
  • Maintain notice boards
  • Manage office supplies across the company
  • Maintaining and setting up of new systems for continuous improvement
  • Assist with administrative tasks to support our Executive Assistant

Requirements

  • Great organisational skills and time management
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Word - Excel knowledge
  • Experience gained within a engineering or manufacturing environment = desired not essential
  • A friendly and professional personality with a flexible approach and enjoy a varied workload

A super full time role - Office based due to the location you will need a full UK licence
