- Assisting with pre-invoicing checks on service reports
- Producing and sending invoices
- Keeping company records and service schedules up to date
- Acting upon recommendations from service reports e.g. bringing future services forward, liaising with internal departments regarding quotes for work etc.
- Maintaining in-house systems
- Uploading sub-contractor paperwork and service reports
- Reformatting and sending service reports to customers on completion of works
- Filing of manual paperwork
- General administrative tasks, data entry etc.
- Answering inbound calls and taking messages for other team members
- Experience in a similar role
- A high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
- Confident IT skills, particularly MS Word and Excel
- A professional telephone manner
