Aircraft Mechanics (F-35) - 24-Month Contract

Contract Length: 24 Months
Rate per hour: 22.57 per hour PAYE / 29.78 per hour Umbrella



About the Role:

We are seeking two experienced Aircraft Mechanics to join our team at RAF Marham on a 24-month contract supporting F-35 aircraft maintenance, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance activities on F-35 aircraft.

This role requires a strong understanding of technical maintenance instructions and the ability to work within a highly dynamic operational environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Conduct maintenance activities in line with Approved Technical Information and risk assessments.
Ensure airworthiness records are accurately maintained.
Report and escalate any maintenance issues as required.
Adhere to company procedures, MOE standards, and safety management protocols.
Perform diagnostic procedures, inspections, repairs, modifications, and system tests as required.



Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years' experience working within EASA/MRP Part 145 regulations.
A logbook demonstrating recency and currency of aircraft maintenance skills.
Experience working on complex military aircraft programmes.
Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship (preferably in Aeronautical Engineering) or equivalent military qualifications.
City & Guilds 2675 / 2661 in Aeronautical Engineering & Maintenance or equivalent.
