The practice specialises in contemporary, sustainable, and high-quality residential and commercial projects and are known for their innovative approach and attention to detail.

The ideal Architectural Technician will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating thoughtful, well-crafted spaces. They will play a key role in the development of projects from concept through to construction, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Sufficient experience post qualification
  • Residential experience is essential
  • Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient using Revit
  • Confidence to progress to managing projects from inception to completion
  • Keen to grow within the company
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
