My client are leaders in innovative BESS modular design and are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to play a key role in the development of high-performance BESS solutions at +1MW power levels. Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and development of multiple BESS electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
* Create electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and field wiring diagrams in AutoCAD Electrical.
* Evaluate system compliance with industry standards such as BS 7671, IEC 61508, and ISO 13849.
* Perform electrical simulations for AC/DC circuits, including load flow, fault analysis, and transient analysis.
* Oversee testing and commissioning, ensuring smooth transitions from design to operation.
Skills:
* Degree (BEng/MEng) in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
* Expertise in power electronics, inverters, DC/AC conversion, and battery storage technologies.
* Strong experience with AutoCAD Electrical.
