A dynamic architectural firm is seeking a Junior Architectural Technologist to join their innovative team. Specialising in contemporary design, the firm is dedicated to creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that push the boundaries of architecture.

Our client works on a range of projects, predominantly focussing on the Residential sector. Some of their work includes renovations, extensions, heritage/ listed buildings, new residential developments, and affordable housing.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual at the start of their architectural career, to advance their career within a forward-thinking architectural practice.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:

  • Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of building construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop detailed design drawings and plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
  • Support on site visits to gather measurements and assess project requirements.
  • Produce accurate and high-quality architectural drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
  • Experience with Sketchup Pro, Enscape/CGI Visual modelling, AutoCAD, Revit would be preferred, however, training can be provided.

Graduates and those with up to a couple of years industry experience will be considered.
