Pay Rate: £11.76 per hour
Shift Pattern: Rotational weekly shifts – 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00

Role and Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assembling cardboard boxes according to production specifications.
- Operating machinery and equipment to facilitate the assembly process.
- Monitoring the production line to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
- Inspecting finished products for quality control purposes.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following safety protocols and guidelines while working with machinery.
- Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Reporting any issues or malfunctions with machinery to the supervisor.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures related to non-food production processes.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the production manager.
Requirements:
