Role and Responsibilities:
As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling cardboard boxes according to production specifications.
  • Operating machinery and equipment to facilitate the assembly process.
  • Monitoring the production line to ensure smooth and efficient operation.
  • Inspecting finished products for quality control purposes.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Following safety protocols and guidelines while working with machinery.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Reporting any issues or malfunctions with machinery to the supervisor.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures related to non-food production processes.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the production manager.
