4 on 4 off shift pattern - 34,467+ per annum

Ultimate Workforce are working with a long established client of ours who are looking to take on a CLASS 1 HGV Driver from their site in Stoke Ferry. This role is to ensure a customer focused and effective delivery and collection of company products and raw materials in an efficient, timely and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and collect raw materials as scheduled by the transport planner from farm, port or stores
• Complete daily vehicle and trailer checks for defects prior to taking the vehicle onto the road to ensure that it is in a roadworthy and legal condition
• Undertake any reasonable task related to the delivery and collection of company product

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Valid HGV (C+E) Licence
• Valid CPC Card
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• A sound knowledge of Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive Legislation
• Strong demonstrable skills and experience as an HGV (C+E) driver
• Bulker experience

Preferable

• Bulk blower experience advantageous, however training will be provided

Hours

The following shift patterns are available:

4 on 4 off nightswith 12 hour shifts working an average 48 hour week (4 days)

Salary

34,467 per annum (paid on an hourly rate until transferred to the client)
