Our client is currently looking for a Security Systems Business Development Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Business Development Manager (Security Systems) Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the security systems market.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the customer base and enhance market presence across East Anglia and Greater London.
- Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, email campaigns, social media etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security challenges and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximise sales growth.
Business Development Manager (Security Systems) Skills and Experience:
- A Full UK Driving Licence or equivalent (Essential).
- Proven Security Systems (Intruder/Access Control/CCTV) sales experience.
- Proven track record of driving new business initiatives with a determined and proactive approach.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of effectively engaging with clients, partners, and team members.
- Strong interpersonal skills (capable of influencing across multiple divisions and stakeholders).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.
- Customer focused.
