Our client, a large acute NHS Trust, have reached out and are looking for an Associate Director of Digital Health.

Are you the right person to help create, update, and implement a Digital Health Strategy aimed at maximizing the Trust's benefits from both national and local goals. This position will be accountable to the Board for ensuring that all systems and digital technology practices are efficient and effective.

Support the planning of digital health initiatives and other Trust-wide projects as needed. Collaborate with various departments to ensure their business and digital health needs are understood and integrated into future system implementations. Stay informed about emerging technologies to identify potential opportunities for the Trust and ensure subcontractors provide these advancements. Additionally, develop and execute a suitable people strategy that includes staffing structure, skill development, and succession planning to support the Trust’s overall strategy.
