Skills required for the Engineering Manager / Maintenance Manager:

  • Extensive hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • At least a Level 3 qualification in Engineering or a related field.
  • Hands on maintenance experience and knowledge
  • Experience in implementing changes to team dynamics to improve performance.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, train, and develop a multi-skilled engineering team.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations, such as IOSH or equivalent management courses.
