The Construction Project Planner position is available with a Tier 1 construction organization in the Eastern Counties.
This permanent, full-time role offers a highly competitive salary and package.
Candidates should have a successful track record on live construction projects valued at £20 million or more.
Experience with regional or national contractors as a Project Planner and knowledge of contract management is required.
Asta Powerproject training and experience in Education, Leisure, and Healthcare sectors are also essential for this role.

I am working with a highly successful and thriving Tier 1 construction organisation in the search for a Construction Project Planner to join the team.

Duties:

You will support the management team with the planning and programming of the design, procurement and construction activities associated with the works
To lead the programme and planning management for the team on site
To develop regular reports to feedback on progress and performance on a weekly and monthly basis

What are they looking for?

Successful track record on live construction projects up to £20m+
Regional / National contractor experience as the Project Planner
Extensive knowledge of contract management
Asta Powerproject Training
Experience working on projects across the following sectors: Education, Leisure and Healthcare
