- Overall responsibility for managing and delivering assigned manufacturing contracts of engineered products
- Ensuring project objectives, timelines, and budgets are met
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, and Production
- Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure smooth execution
- Monitoring and reporting project progress to stakeholders, both internal and external
- Managing client expectations and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Handling project-related change management, documentation, and compliance with industry standards
- Ensuring quality control, inspection, and certification management are properly implemented
- Working closely with sub-vendors, Engineers, Project Buyers, and Shop Floor Supervisors to resolve technical and commercial issues
- Attending on/off-site client meetings as required
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Expertise in project management of the whole life cycle of projects from order to final delivery
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Project plan creation, maintenance, and management (project milestones, critical path identification, and ownership)
- Clarification, Change, Risk, and Documentation management
- Project procurement management/involvement
- Reporting on a regular basis to internal and external stakeholders
- Cost control and management
- Inspection and certification management
- With the assistance of the Engineering team, ensuring that all designs meet the project requirements
