Job Title: CookLocation: Outskirts of Thetford, NorfolkSalary: £11.94 per hour Role Overview We are seeking a Cook to join our team at a beautiful location on the outskirts of Thetford. There are both part-time (20 hours, Monday and Friday) and full-time (40 hours, 5 days per week) opportunities available. Shifts typically run from 8am-2pm, 2pm-8:30pm, or 8am-8:30pm. You will generally have Saturdays off and an additional day during the week. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals to ensure high quality and excellent presentation.
  • Comply with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations, including maintaining proper documentation.
  • Ensure all food handling and preparation meets hygiene standards.
  • Follow the cleaning schedule to maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and appliances.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous catering experience is required.
  • Health and safety training or relevant qualifications.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and food safety protocols.
  • Attention to detail, particularly regarding cooking times and temperatures.
  • Ability to adapt to guest needs and work as part of a team.
