Join our clients dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor and embark on a rewarding career in a supportive and professional environment. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and passionate about helping businesses.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Setting up new files, including collating necessary documents such as Terms and Conditions, Proof of Debt, Company Searches, and debtor and customer contact details.
  • Entering information into the system and sending out the first chase letter via post.
  • Chasing payments via email and phone, sending copy invoices, and various chase emails.
  • Using different client systems for debt recovery processes.
  • Updating other general internal systems and chasing up client leads.
  • Supporting other team members during times of absence, holiday, or work fluctuations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good telephone manner and customer service experience.
  • A can-do attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Training will be provided, but previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
