Job Title: Customer Services AdministratorSalary: Up to £30,000 per annumLocation: ThetfordWorking Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday Overall Purpose:To support all inquiries related to orders and other business needs, fostering growth and maintaining excellent customer relations. Job Responsibilities:
  • Process orders, debits, and credits as needed.
  • Verify stock availability to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, efficiently resolving issues and meeting customer needs with a positive attitude.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all communications are addressed promptly and exceed expectations.
  • Represent the company professionally, embodying its values and enhancing customer perceptions.
  • Generate daily reports comparing customer orders with the production plan, making necessary adjustments
  • Coordinate transport arrangements with our logistics provider as required.
  • Prepare customs documentation for deliveries to Ireland.
  • Create production worksheets that translate orders into production plans
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply.
  • Communicate with customers to adjust orders (products, dates, etc.) and facilitate smooth deliveries throughout the week.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer complaints, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Friendly and polite telephone manner with strong problem-solving abilities to achieve positive outcomes for customers.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 1 year in sales (preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service (preferred).
