  • Efficiently manage incoming requests and understand customer needs, providing exceptional service.
  • Proactively follow up on enquiries and quotes to support sales success.
  • Process customer orders with accuracy and ensure timely creation and delivery of invoices.
  • Work closely with the external sales team, contributing to collaborative achievements.
  • Step in confidently for team members when they’re out, keeping the momentum going.
  • Keep the CRM system in tip-top shape, ensuring everything is up-to-date.
  • Maintain and amend price lists as needed.
  • Address and resolve client complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, championing continuous improvement.
 What we're looking for:
  • A warm, enthusiastic, and collaborative team player.
  • Proven experience in customer sales support roles.
  • Familiarity with SAP, invoicing, and handling small payroll runs is a plus.
  • Strong computer literacy, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
