Interim Project Manager - Elderly Care Homes

We are seeking an experienced Interim Project Manager with a strong background in elderly care, project management, and expertise in implementing Radar system. The successful candidate will oversee the integration and embedding of the Radar system across multiple elderly care homes in East Anglia, ensuring seamless implementation, staff training, and system optimisation.
This role is a hybrid role which will include travel to services and some working from home.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the project management of Radar system implementation across elderly care homes.
- Develop detailed project plans, time lines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Provide training and support to staff on the usage of the Radar system.
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in elderly care.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Radar system post-implementation.
- Prepare and present comprehensive project reports.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in elderly care or health care sectors.
- Demonstrable experience in implementing Radar systems or similar technologies.
- Strong knowledge of elderly care best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and support staff effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
