- Perform service, repair, fault diagnosis, and commissioning of new equipment.
- Effectively utilize the computer system to manage tasks and records.
- Communicate customer requirements and any site changes to service coordinators in writing.
- Identify spare part requirements and report these, including part numbers, to the service team.
- Refer any product or service complaints to the relevant manager for investigation.
- Share solutions, successes, and opportunities with the Service Manager.
- Experience within a similar role with Mechanical / Electrical experience
- Ability to diagnose and solve equipment faults.
- Strong record-keeping and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and IT skills.
- Ability to prioritize and stay calm under pressure.
