Our client is seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join their team in the manufacturing of high-quality storage solutions.

This role requires a focus on detail, adherence to health and safety standards, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Work toward deadlines with close attention to detail.
  • Use air/powered hand tools and work with the manufacture of aluminium products.
  • Adhere to all health and safety processes and procedures.
  • Prepare materials, assemble, apply final finishes, and pack products ensuring quality is maintained.
  • Read and comprehend manufacturing drawings with an understanding of the job file system (training provided).
  • Assist with installations and recertifications on-site when required by your manager.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks as deemed necessary by your manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to work on own initiative and manage own workload.
  • Consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
  • Good communication skills within the team.
  • Knowledge of using CNC machinery & power tools is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
