BDM Recruitment is seeking a talented and experienced Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker to join our client's busy branch in Thetford, Cambridgeshire. About the Role:

As a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in Thetford, Cambridgeshire, you'll be responsible for providing expert mortgage and protection advice to clients. With an average of 8-10 new mortgage leads per week, you'll have ample opportunity to build a strong client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer mortgage and protection advice to clients in the Thetford, Cambridgeshire area.
Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer service.
Utilize your expertise to generate new mortgage leads and cross-sell protection products.
Manage your own diary and workload effectively.

What We Offer:

Competitive salary of £27,000 - £31,000 basic, plus car allowance and financial guarantees.
On-Target Earnings (OTE) of £55,000 in year 1 and up to £65,000 in year 2.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker.
CeMAP qualification or equivalent.

Clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license.
