• Managing a diverse tax portfolio, covering corporate, personal, and business taxation
• Providing advisory and planning services to clients, identifying tax-saving opportunities
• Reviewing and finalising corporation tax and personal tax returns, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations
• Assisting businesses and individuals with VAT, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax matters
• Supporting clients with business structuring, acquisitions, and tax-efficient planning
• Working closely with partners and senior managers, contributing to strategic planning
• Mentoring and developing junior tax staff, providing training and technical guidance
• Keeping up to date with changes in tax legislation to ensure clients receive accurate advice

• CTA-qualified or QBE with extensive experience in tax
• Strong knowledge of both corporate and personal tax, with experience in advisory work
• A keen interest in broad general practice tax work, rather than a solely personal tax focus
• Experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality tax solutions
• Strong communication skills, able to explain complex tax matters to clients in a clear and concise way
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify tax planning opportunities
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members

• £50,000 to £70,000 per annum
