- Handle customer queries and complaints via various communication methods.
- Process requests and queries effectively.
- Coordinate with the engineering and sales teams to resolve technical or product-related issues.
- Maintain and update after-sales records in our database.
- Prepare regular reports on after-sales performance and customer feedback.
- Identify ways to improve customer experience based on feedback and metrics.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required.
- Recent school or college graduate (prior experience is not essential).
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of basic software tools (MS Office, databases, CRM systems).
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
