  • Handle customer queries and complaints via various communication methods.
  • Process requests and queries effectively. 
  • Coordinate with the engineering and sales teams to resolve technical or product-related issues.
  • Maintain and update after-sales records in our database.
  • Prepare regular reports on after-sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Identify ways to improve customer experience based on feedback and metrics.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as required.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Recent school or college graduate (prior experience is not essential).
  • Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of basic software tools (MS Office, databases, CRM systems).
