Contract Duration: 2 Months
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £18-£20 per hour (CIS)
Location: Covering most of Norfolk

We are a leading provider in property maintenance, dedicated to delivering top-notch services across residential properties. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team on a temporary contract.

• Perform maintenance tasks across various trades to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Work independently to solve problems and address customer needs.
• Maintain communication with customers and colleagues, ensuring a seamless service experience.
• Document work accurately and maintain records on digital platforms.

• Minimum of either a full trade Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 2 in relevant trades.
• Proven experience in at least two different trades.

• Strong background in property maintenance, particularly in residential settings.
• Experience working across multiple trades to provide comprehensive service.
• Familiarity with Health and Safety practices in a work environment.
• Direct customer interaction experience.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Basic to good IT skills, especially with emails and smartphones.
• Good literacy skills for accurate documentation and digital communication.

• Health and Safety Qualification.

• Experience in social housing.
• Coordination of contractors.

• A valid driving licence is required.
• A company van and fuel card will be provided.
