The accommodation consists of 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet room and 3 double bedrooms. There is a large function room currently being used as a living room and being an old hotel it has 5 hotel rooms all with en-suites and a further 2 rooms used as storage.
This business already has some great solid roots to build upon. I'm looking for someone experienced Operator who is ready to take on their next challenge. I want someone who can be bold in their approach to building a great business. In character, they are fun and passionate about people and business. Taking this pub to the next level can be achieved through local teams, community, humour, charity work and consistency. It needs someone who is going to love the pub and its great community.
