  • Our client is seeking an experienced HR professional for a 6-month interim contract position.
  • The HR Manager will report to the Site Manager and provide leadership across a full HR generalist remit in a dynamic business environment.

  • The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified, possess strong stakeholder management skills, and have knowledge of UK Employment law, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering context.

Our client is looking to engage an experienced HR professional on an interim contract an initial period of  6 months.Reporting to the Site Manager, this is a hands-on role where you will provide leadership, guidance and expertise across a full HR generalist remit. The business  is fast paced, dynamic and ever changing so as HR Manager you will partner with the management team to support all HR activity.The role
  • Acting as a key advisor to the business,  serving as a link between Management, Directors, and employees.
  • Advising on day to day ER issues, performance & absence management 
  • Supporting the business and managers throughout the business on all organisational policy matters.
  • Managing L&D activity, analyse training needs to design employee development.
  • Initiating and implementing HR projects in areas such as change management
About you...CIPD qualified, you will demonstrate business and commercial awareness along with strong stakeholder management.
