On behalf of our Thetford based client, we are looking for an experienced IT Technician to help maintain and enhance their IT systems, and to provide end user support across the business.

As an IT Technician will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the IT systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for incident and problem management, system administration, security and maintenance, and providing technical support. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server, Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 0900-1700 and the salary is £28,000 per annum.
