Document/Systems AdministratorFull time Monday to FridayTemporary, immediate startThetford£13 - £13.50 per hour  We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support our team in organising, digitising, and maintaining documents and records. This role involves managing both digital and paper files, ensuring accurate stock verification, and assisting with the digitisation of existing manuals/files. Key Responsibilities:
  • Organise, and maintain files, including SRD documents and other records.
  • Manage both digital and paper records, ensuring proper storage and accessibility.
  • Log and verify MRO stock counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Digitise existing paper manuals for easy access and future use.
  • Ensure compliance with document control procedures and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Experience in document management, records organisation, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Basic understanding of engineering and plant operations to handle technical documentation effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and MRO stock control.
  • Knowledge of best practices in document control and compliance.
