Bennett and Game currently have the pleasure of representing a well-established, award winning, multi-disciplinary practice local to Thetford, who are seeking an ambitious Landscape Architect to join their ever-growing team and would consider a candidate on a fully remote basis. Our client is built up of multiple specialists, who provide a variety of services including Arboriculture, Ecology, Landscape Architecture and Landscape Planning. This is an excellent opportunity for a Landscape Architect to work directly with an extensive and diverse portfolio of clients.

This team are involved at all stages of the design process from conceptual and feasibility studies, through to planning applications, detailed design, specification, implementation, and contract administration.

The successful Landscape Architect will be involved in all aspects of projects both small and large scale. Our client has a diverse portfolio of projects across predominantly strategic and detailed residential schemes. You will be working on a wide variety of projects giving you a great foundation of knowledge to build your experience and professional career on.

Landscape Architect Job Overview
  • Maintain and develop existing and new client relationships
  • Carrying out a range of tasks including landscape design, landscape planning and Environmental Impact Assessment
  • Assisting in delivering projects to a high standard within the client brief and budget
  • Working on a range of Residential and Commercial projects
  • Provide landscape design and landscape management services
  • Working independently and as part of a team
  • Prepare plans, illustrative material and graphic presentations
Landscape Architect Job Requirements
  • Must have experience carrying out LVIA's
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Landscape Architecture
  • 2+ years post graduate experience
  • Experience working on large scale residential projects, including public enquiries, is preferred
  • Experience of working in the UK Planning System
  • Experience of working on projects through all RIBA stages; beneficial
  • Strong AutoCAD, InDesign, and Photoshop skills. Revit desired but not essential
