Job Title: Lead Quality EngineerResponsibilities:
  • Log and report nonconformities and customer complaints, ensuring data is captured and corrective actions are implemented. Support root cause analysis.
  • Gather and analyse data on product and supplier errors, tracking corrective actions.
  • Conduct internal quality audits as needed (training provided).
  • Update procedures, work instructions, and documents like product certificates and health & safety docs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and increase efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement projects as assigned by management.
  • Provide quality guidance to team members and assist with quality objectives.
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve product issues.
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience inspecting electrical/mechanical products, ideally in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Pharmaceutical fields.
  • Familiar with standard measuring equipment and able to read engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of ATEX standards (preferred, not essential).
