- Manage and resolve quality-related issues across manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
- Perform product and process audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards (TS16949/ISO9001).
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including scrap rates and rework levels.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke, and other methodologies.
- Lead and contribute to process improvement activities, quality control measures, and benchmarking studies.
- Prepare reports, present progress updates, and participate in project meetings.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing quality role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (TS16949/ISO9001) and improvement techniques.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.
