If so, we want to hear from you!About the Role We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing quality-related issues, identifying root causes, and implementing permanent corrective actions. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality standards across products and processes.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve quality-related issues across manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
  • Perform product and process audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards (TS16949/ISO9001).
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including scrap rates and rework levels.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Poka-Yoke, and other methodologies.
  • Lead and contribute to process improvement activities, quality control measures, and benchmarking studies.
  • Prepare reports, present progress updates, and participate in project meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in a manufacturing quality role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (TS16949/ISO9001) and improvement techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements.
