- Schedule and coordinate engineers for planned and reactive maintenance, installations, and service visits.
- Manage workloads, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet customer demands.
- Liaise with engineers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely job completion.
- Maintain accurate records of job assignments, engineer availability, and service schedules.
- Monitor job progress and provide updates to clients as needed.
- Assist with procurement of materials and equipment for scheduled works.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures.
- Previous experience in scheduling, planning, or coordination within an engineering or technical environment essential.
- Understanding of engineering principles and processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with engineers, clients, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
