- Interpret client enquiry documents and prepare conceptual designs, drafting formal technical and commercial tenders.
- Assist with technical clarifications requested by clients throughout the tendering process.
- Obtain sub-vendor quotations for bought-out components.
- Formulate accurate cost estimates based on international standards and project specifications.
- Prepare and review contract handover files for the design team, ensuring technical and commercial accuracy.
- Maintain database systems with relevant communications and feedback.
- Manage contract reviews for received sales orders.
- A multidisciplinary engineering approach covering electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and process calculations.
- Ability to adapt across disciplines to effectively formulate tenders and address client queries.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- An interest in mathematics or science, with a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
- Training will be provided to develop the necessary skills for designing heating and control systems.
