Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

ApproachPersonnelis currently working with areputablecontractor torecruitfor an experience AC /HVACEngineer on a permanent basis across Cambridge and East Anglia.

As an AC/HVACEngineer, you will be responsible for, but not limiting to;

• The Air Conditioning Engineer would be responsible for undertakingHVACand building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to Air Conditioning building services systems and infrastructure
• Rectifying hot/cold issues by adjustingBMSsystems.
• Complete jobs mechanical maintenance duties on belts, motors, valvesetc.
• Carry out minor installation work and will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders providing them fault diagnostics where necessary

To be considered and successful for the role, you will require, but not limiting to;

• RecognizedNVQLevel 2 in Air Conditioning
• F-GAS 2079 CAT1
• Proven building maintenance experience
• Be able to work at height, on roofs, up steps, and ladders and inMEWPs
• Ability to work with and control of theCAFMsystem viaiPad
