Gap Personnel are recruiting Multiskilled Operatives for our client, a leading clean manufacturing company in Thetford Norfolk, IP24 on a temp to Perm basis.

Monday to Friday 06:00AM to 15:00PM
Pay £11.44 Per hour.
Overtime Paid at £14.30 PH after 37.5 hours.
Working as a Multiskilled Operatives, you could be working on several production lines. Roles could be filling lines, checking product versus specification, end of line palletising & packing as needed. You could also be asked to work in the Warehouse, working to pick orders, items for production as needed. Workers need to be accurate in terms of picking items.
Duties include but are not limited to.
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- A keen eye and attention to detail with the ability to check each item is correctly labelled and batch coded.
- Pack all items ensuring the highest quality on all products in all areas.
- Ability to work to packing targets.
- It is important to be nimble fingered, dexterous and have a keen attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as a part of a team as well as be self-motivated.
- Picking and packing
