The Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in our sales strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting proactive B2B outbound sales calls to screen and qualify prospects.
  • Managing incoming call-backs from designated accounts.
  • Scheduling appointments for clients and our Business Development Managers.
  • Crafting and sending tailored follow-up emails.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies based on insights.
  • Reporting on all sales activities and communications with supporting statistics.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our databases and CRM systems.
  • Engaging with key client stakeholders through various communication channels.
