The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and possess excellent supervisory skills. This role involves ensuring exceptional customer support, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and actively seeking opportunities for business improvement. Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Service Centres.
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of all team members.
  • Collaborate with customers to provide the best possible experience with the client's products and services.
  • Ensure high standards of customer support.
  • Remain accountable for the health, safety, and welfare of the workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with systems and procedures for workforce health, safety, and environmental protection.
  • Develop and implement Safe Systems of Work for all activities through risk assessment and operating procedures.
  • Lead Environment, Health, and Safety (EH&S) improvements through observation, intervention, and workplace tours.
  • Produce daily planning and colleague work allocation.
  • Maintain all ERP, CRM, and other business systems as required.
  • Suggest opportunities for product, service, or business development.
Qualifications and Relevant Experience:
  • Engineering experience (Preferred).
  • Supervisory experience (Necessary).
  • Relevant experience in a related industry.
  • General IT skills.
