Quantity Surveyor - Highways

Anderselite are recruiting for a Highways biased Quantity Surveyor for a Tier 1 contractor based in Norfolk.


Your Role

As a Quantity Surveyor for a Main Contractor, your focus will be on procuring subcontractor packages and managing subcontractors effectively within the framework of an NEC (Option C) contract.

This role is part of a crucial project that enhances the primary route linking Norwich and East Anglia with Cambridge, London, and the South of England.

With East Anglia set for major infrastructure development over the next decade, the region is experiencing a surge in large-scale projects.


Your Experience

We are interested in hearing from Quantity Surveyors with experience in infrastructure sectors such as water, highways, rail, or general civil works. This role heavily emphasizes subcontractor management in an NEC contract environment.

Whether you are new to Quantity Surveying or looking to gain Main Contractor experience, this opportunity provides an excellent first step with the support and mentorship of an experienced Commercial Specialist in infrastructure.
