- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Conduct thorough candidate screening and interview processes
- Develop a deep understanding of industrial sector recruitment needs
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and placement targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process
- Proven experience recruiting within the temp sector
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in recruitment software and modern sourcing techniques
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
