Total Employment are on the hunt for a motivated individual looking to kick start their recruitment career! You don't need any recruitment experience for this role but you will ideally come from a sales background or have experience in dealing with customers.�

Hours:�08:30am to 17:00pm - Monday to Friday�

Salary:�DOE�

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing and placing suitable candidates into assignments.�
  • Advertising vacancies on the chosen job boards.
  • Client and candidate relationship building.
  • Maintain and actively grow the existing candidate pipeline.
  • Meet with clients face-to-face to identify opportunities and qualify the requirements of roles.
  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies

Key Skills, Experience & Attributes Required

  • You ideally come from either a customer service or�sales background.
  • Knowledge of MS packages (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent people skills.�
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to speak another language would be advantageous.
  • Some experience of dealing with the public / professionals over the phone.
  • Must be self motivated with a real desire and hunger to be successful.
  • Full UK driving licence.
