The role, covering the southeast of England, involves servicing and installing equipment, with responsibilities including diagnosing faults and managing on-call service rotations.
Candidates should possess a City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or similar, along with a current driving license and excellent ICT skills.
The position offers a permanent contract with a salary dependent on experience, working Monday to Friday for 38 hours per week.

Performing installation, servicing, and commissioning of automation equipment at customer sites and in-house, ensuring high standards of delivery.
Supporting the service team by diagnosing faults, rectifying issues, and managing 24/7 on-call service rotations.
Reporting daily and weekly on tasks completed, maintaining accurate records, and updating CRM project management systems.
Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Identifying opportunities for technical skill enhancement and suggesting areas for customer and product improvements.

Field Service Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

Strong electrical, mechanical, and fault-finding repair skills, with expertise in PLC/Automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, and multi-phase systems.
City & Guilds Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering (or similar)
Current Driving License without disqualification and UK or EU Passport
Excellent ICT skills and use of Microsoft Office
