Sanctuary Personnel is seeking dedicated and caring Support Workers to join our team, providing top-quality care in care homes located in Thetford. If you have experience as a support worker, HCA, healthcare assistant, carer, or care assistant, we welcome your application.

Rates and Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
  • Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
  • Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
  • Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
  • Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
  • Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
  • Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing attentive, compassionate care to residents, supporting both physical and emotional needs.
  • Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and meal support.
  • Promoting resident independence and creating a friendly, positive atmosphere.
  • Following care plans closely and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records.

Requirements of the Support Worker:

  • Prior experience in a similar UK-based role (support worker, HCA, carer, or care assistant).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • A compassionate, empathetic nature.
  • Willingness to complete required compliance checks.
