Support Worker - Care Home Setting
Location: Multiple locations across Norfolk
Salary: 12.60 - 15.00 per Hour, Depending on experience
Hours: Full Time & Part Time Hours Available
PSR Solutions are proud to be recruiting for a number of Support Workers & Care Assistants in Norfolk, to join a supportive and caring team with an award-winning, national care provider. The Role
As a Support Worker, you'll work as part of a caring and committed team to:
- Support residents with their personal care needs, always respecting dignity and promoting independence
- Ensure care services meet the highest standards
- Help with general daily activities around the home, contributing to a warm, friendly environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and residents
- Follow guidance from Nurses and Senior Support Workers to deliver person-centred care
