Role of a domiciliary carer

If you have a caring nature and a commitment to providing exceptional care to individuals in their own homes, we want to hear from you!
- Provide personalised care and support to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assist individuals with Daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, medication administration.
- Implement individualized care plans, following best practices and promoting development of life skills.
- Assist residents in their personal hygiene requirements their individual plan of care,
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an HCA or support worker, must have a minimum of 6months plus in healthcare industry.
- Effective communication & interception skills
- Must have a child & adult DBS on update service.
- Must be a driver.
