Healthwatch Norfolk is looking for new trustees to help it to continue running efficiently and be fit for purpose as it continues its work gathering the views of the public about health and social care. This feedback is then shared with decision-makers to help shape services.
Â
We are looking for Trustees with an understanding of health and social care along with a knowledge of the current challenges facing the sector, and also those with commercial experience. We would like to enhance the diversity of our Board and are particularly, but not exclusively interested in hearing from people with an understanding of refugees/asylum seekers, research, and both adult and children’s social care. Â
Â
We need people who have the drive, energy and enthusiasm to ensure that the views and experiences of the people of Norfolk are at the forefront of commissioning and delivering health and social care services.Â
Â
The role is voluntary, but travel and subsistence expenses will be paid. The time commitment is a minimum of 1 day per month.
Â
If you are interested in the above role please email enquiries@healthwatchnorfolk.co.uk and we will email you the information pack. Please note applications will need to be received by email no later than 12 noon on 14th March 2025. Applications will only be accepted by email. All applications will be acknowledged. All information received will be treated as confidential and only used for the purposes of election as a Healthwatch Norfolk Trustee.
